Stranger Things Season 4 trailer is officially here, and our emotions are so heightened that we don’t know what to do with ourselves. Is Max floating? Steve and Nancy are talking about the other side? (Of where?) Eleven’s hair seems to be shorter again in a scene that doesn’t feel like it’s from the past but the present. Hopper is still in Russia. There’s a human body-ish monster in the end?

When the writers mentioned that this season is their Game of Thrones, are they implying white walkers? Because we have a 101 questions.

Each and every character on this show needs to be protected at all costs. At this point, no matter how high the stakes are, we can’t lose any of them. We can’t lose any of them. There is no one we are willing to sacrifice on this show — not a single character, none.

Plus, if this season is going to be split into two parts, we’re also not willing to go through a cliffhanger where it’s questioned who lives or survives. We’re too fragile for this. (But this is likely going to happen, so we might as well prepare ourselves now.)

Stranger Things Season 4 Part I will premiere May 27, and Part II will follow July 1. We’ll be here for all of it. We’ll be feeling all the emotions and likely in a puddle of nerves until we know everyone’s safe.

Watch the Stranger Things Season 4 trailer below and come speculate with us about what you think is happening.
